If there is one phrase you've heard so many times about customer service, its that 'the customer is always right.'  If you've ever worked in retail, that phrase is so far from the truth that you will just roll your eyes when you hear it as its a load...
Its what we've been taught, the customer is never wrong, but anyway, back to reality!  Business Insider looked into how that one phrase has for whatever reason given 'the customer' the right to abuse the very people who are trying to serve and help them!  You can read the feature over in the Business Insider here...
