I was scrolling through myfitnesspal.com and came across a blog about sleep cycles and how to improve your sleep, this is definitely something well worth reading!
Years ago, I would survive on just 4 hours of sleep a night spring out of bed with no problems (well you know what I mean!) I've always been a morning person and prefer to get up when the birds have just started tweeting!
Now, like everyone else, as I've got older, the tiredness settles in and there is often no better feeling than landing in bed!
