 It helps to be calm, don't go rushing into a situation and take your time, you can have devastating effects!
 Believe it or not, the will to want to do well and win is bigger than the skill, that's how the underdogs come through
 Message for the day, be yourself, don't be someone that pleases people when you should really be pleasing yourself!
 If you didn't have any rain on your sunshine, you've never have any rainbows!
 Bring on the new week, make something special with it!
 Sunday is always a good day to take a step back and plan your next move for the new week, chillax and enjoy yourself!
 It's great to have a lot of little dreams, but make them a part of the bigger picture that you are chasing!
 Once you take all the crap away, forget about the stupid things and appreciate what you do actually have in life, you'll be a much happier person!
 Technically I'm on lunch but it is very quiet today, the Bank Holiday weekend is upon us!
 I believe in you.. yes YOU! How about you believe in yourself and then you can see how far you can go!
 Another day means another chance to be amazing! What are you going to be doing today then??
