This is an interesting question, and I would love to answer it. Well, I personally start my day by brushing my teeth and having a nice breakfast. I feel like having a bowl of cereal is the best way to stay active. If you are not a person that eats breakfast, then you might not be the type of person that I am. I think that leaving on an empty stomach is not beneficial for anyone, I really think that.
