Firstly, you could use a printer to create advertising material that you post around town to gain more exposure. Or, the main reason you need one of these devices is to make physical copies of things. We’re talking accounts, contracts and so on. Having physical copies of important business data will give you one extra failsafe in case the data gets deleted or goes missing.
