• Encourage more breaks. If employees are working without breaks, they will easily lose their focus and feel burnt out. The more breaks they take, the more they can refresh their minds.
• Offer rewards. If employees are working hard and hitting targets, why wouldn’t you want to reward them? Offering longer lunches, bonuses, or pay rises will show them your appreciation and help them be happier at work.
