"Chris coached me in 2017 when I was facing some difficult decisions at work that I needed to address. He asked probing questions whilst balancing this with making the sessions feel like they were just conversations.
"I didn’t realise some of the sessions where helping me to determine the way forwards until the end of the hour when I gained clarity and had determined a way forward. Towards the end of the sessions, Chris moved on to training me how to question things and be able to help myself. Fast forward to 2019 and I found myself in the same position having to make another decision on how to move forwards in my career.
